I've been to the Milk Tea Shop in this Plaza about a year ago. The last time I was at El Azteca Mexican Food II, I saw some other spots in the area that I liked including this. It looks like a traditional, descent, and clean Phở shop in here. There was a good amount of people here, when I arrived. The only other Phở shop I usually go to that have Phở Sườn Bò or Phở Beef Rib is closed on Monday. The best Phở I had so far and also usually go to, is located in a Casino. Not everybody out there wants to go to a Casino to get some Phở. Everybody else out there knows why I be posted at that Casino. A lot of Noodle shops including Noodle bars at Casino and Resorts, are starting to use instant, mass produced, and premade Phở like Ramen, it's not as deep flavored and Beefy like the real thing, it's taking the art away from preparing and making it just like fresh Japanese Ramen or Udon. I'm not going to lie, I had some Phở last night and I'm having Phở again today. There was a time, I could do Phở everyday for one week in a row. I don't easily get tired or bored of Phở like other items. I want to know how this match up. Yeah, I know there's a Phở Tái Filet Mignon here, but I went with the Phở Sườn Bò or Phở Beef Rib. Phở Tái Filet Mignon is what I go for everytime I'm in Garden Grove. I didn't expect them to make a Phở Beef Rib like somewhere like here. There's nothing like a warm bowl of Phở on a cold day. I haven't done Phở on here for 6 months, so here I am. The Beef Rib Phở is only one size, and it looks like a large. The portion is slightly bigger than other places out there that I had this version of Phở at. I actually had Phở 2000 in District 1 in Saigon like 3 times, where former National President's, elected officials in Washington D.C., and Diplomats have dined; and this is way better. The broth is actually really good. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The Beef Rib was falling off the bone, so flavorful. I liked how I can tell it was cooked for hours in the broth, and not just boiled in water. The dinosaur Beef Ribs reminds me of Texas Barbecue. I think it might be better than some other Phở shops I had in Orange County. I haven't had Coffee in like a month too, and this was so good. I was thinking this was going to be a 3.0-4.0 stars, but I give this 4.1 stars.

This place is really good!! Seemed very authentic. Looked for a pho place for family dinner and this was a perfect spot. Flavors were definitely there, food was tasty & fast service. I'd come back :)

Good spot for a quick bite to eat and standard pho. Service is polite and fast! This is my go to spot when I need a good bowl of soup!

After a recent owner change at a local place, I decided to not return. I started coming to Pho Lee Hoa Phat and was instantly hooked on their pho! I realized they were due for a review after I ate it three times last week alone as fall approaches I'm sure I'll have more weeks that resemble lasts. I have tried multiple different pho and rice noodle plate as well as their fresh spring rolls and egg rolls; not one item has disappointed yet. The place is always clean. The people are quick fast and polite, and there is always a good amount of business, which says a lot about a restaurant and their food!

Fav pho spot in Vacaville. Always hits the spot. Service is always so quick and friendly. Price is unbeatable also as well.

My favorite Pho place in town. #47 never disappoints. My sister bought me and her this dish each so refreshing on a warm day. I love #17 their Pho Tai and the three colored drink. So yummy.

The pho ga here was perfection! The broth was well balanced and not too salty. The chicken also tasted fresh! I ordered a side of vinegar onions and the tanginess of them paired perfectly with the pho. My partner ordered the beef pho and the broth was good. However the cinammon and sweet flavor were a bit overpowering for me. I much preferred the chicken pho. I will definitely come back here!
